Rather dreary and raw morning. Started out at 7:00 am with a cold drizzle hitting my face. Brrr. Ran the Oak Hill loop, and saw Ian and Joe doing their own early start miles headed in the opposite direction. We all met up back at the Y at 8:00. Not much hanging around this time - too chilly. Ran with Sean, Jes, Ben and John, with Ian and Joe ahead. Fun catching up with everyone, but I was really not into it. Got in a little over 12 miles in right around 2 hours and called it a day. Then it was off to the market for some coffee, food and chit chat.
While I was running, Ryan took Sam to her swim lessons and she spent some time in the big pool! Awesome!
