I went to bed last night with my stomach feeling a bit off. Luckily Sam slept better last night, and I got a nice stretch of blissfully uninterrupted sleep from 9:30 until 4:00. Ahhh! I thought a good night's sleep might do the trick, but I still feel a bit blah today. And the weather isn't helping, that's for sure. It was 36 degrees and rainy when I got back from dropping Sam off at daycare, which made it seem a much better day for curling up inside on the couch with a cup of coffee than for going out to run. I didn't have much energy or desire, so I just ran the 3-mile Patriots Common road loop, and called it good. Hoping to be back in the swing of things and feeling better tomorrow!
