We were down in Portland this morning for an appointment, so we decided to take advantage of being in the city to do a run at Back Cove. We pulled into the lot around 11:30, and it was packed! Lunch hour on a beautiful day = lots of people out enjoying the nice, warm weather! We joined the crowds, with Ryan pushing Sam in the B.O.B. and me running beside them. We were weaving around people left and right, but luckily the path is wide so Ryan was able to maneuver the stroller pretty easily.
We ran the loop around the cove once, and then did an additional short out-and-back to make our run an even 5 miles. It was a gorgeous day to be out, and it was nice to be able to all run together! Sam enjoyed it so much she fell asleep about 25 minutes in :-)
