Two early morning runs in a row. The seasons are definitely shifting. It is still pitch dark at 5:30. Tuesday morning, I didn't quite get up early enough for anything big and I didn't have the motivation for it either. So, 4 slow miles on the Highland Green short loop with the edge of the Heath loop added in. Meh.
Felt better today. Headed out at 5:40, just as the sky was getting light enough to be able to see without a headlamp. There was a bank of low fog sitting right down on the ground as I headed out on the powerlines toward the dump. The woods were dark and damp, and with the overcast skies there was no dynamic sunrise this morning, but 7 miles before 7:00 am was still a good way to start the day :-)
