Recovery & Disney Travel Day

Got out Tuesday morning for a recovery shuffle around the block. It was rainy and 38 degrees. Brrr! Legs didn't feel bad but overall the feeling was just plain tired. (4.0 miles)

Tuesday was also Sam's first swim practice for the spring/summer season as well as the 7:00 pm all-district choral concert. Whew! Then it was off to bed for yet another extra early wake-up since Wednesday we were off to Disney for 5 days of magic with the Triffitt clan! 💗💗
