Tuesday was a 6:15 am walk around the school block. Nice out and love that I could be comfortable in a skirt and sweatshirt. Then it was off to work for day one of the auditors in-house, oh the joys! π€ͺ (2.0 miles walked)
Wednesday was a 6:00 am run on the cart paths. Nice morning and pretty sky. (6.0 miles)
Thursday was another 6:00 am wander. 39 degrees and lovely! Two deer seen. (6.0 miles)
It was spirit week at school during the week, and Abby and Sam dressed up as Minions for Twin Day. So cute π
Friday was a quick mid-morning wander before a massage with Lauren. (6.0 miles)
Meanwhile, Sam was having fun at school during Eagles Day, basically a big kid field day πππ
And then after school, we met up with Mom, Dad and Kristen, plus Morgan and Alex, who were in town visiting for an extra long weekend, at Rocky Ridge for apple picking. Nice afternoon to be out and about in the orchard!
Saturday, Alex came over at 8:00 am and we headed out for a run on the powerlines. Nothing like dagging your niece’s 21 year old boyfriend out on the trails π He can run circles around me but was very patient with my trail plodding and the stops to pet the friendly black kitty cat, talk with the dad, baby and dog, and my oohing and awwing over the asters and viburnum berries π€ͺ Always fun showing someone the home trails! Lovely morning! (9.1 miles)
Then after lunch, while Sam headed out with Abby and Ava to get ready for Homecoming, Ryan and. I joined Kristen, Morgan and Alex for a walk at Wolfe's Neck. Always good to get down to the water. A bit of spitting rain but nice overall. (1.47 miles walked)
Here is a mishmash of Homecoming photos. Always so fun to see everyone all dressed up and ready to dance ππ
Sunday, I finally managed to get around 1:30 for a run on the powerlines in the mist and wind and rain. (8.0 miles)
And then it was over to Mom and Dad's to celebrate Kristen's birthday with thai food and crazy cake. Yum! πππ
