Monday was an after dinner walk with Ryan to catch up after him being away all of last week. Nice and breezy. (2.7 miles walked)
Wednesday was the first day of exams for Sam, and as she had already taken the AP test for Human Geography earlier in May, she didn't have to go in until 10:30. I got some work done early and then headed out at 7:45 for a run. Nice morning but my legs were heavy and I could definitely feel the pollen in the air. (6.0 miles)
Thursday was an afternoon powerline and road lollypop a little before 4:00 pm. Warm, breezy and polleny, but less humid and sweaty than I thought it would be though so that was nice at least ðĪŠ (6.0 miles)
It was another afternoon run on Friday. Viburnum is in bloom along the powerlines and the air has that summer sweetness even if it is polleny out! (6.0 miles)
Later in the afternoon, Sam met up with Anne and Abby and the rest of the Dostie clan for ice cream and mini golf plus pizza, while Ryan and I headed up to Baxter Brewing to meet up with Val and Rick for an early dinner. Fun was had by all!
Headed out around 9:30 on Sunday for a mix of roads and trails. Nice bright and breezy. Didn’t bring a pack so ended up stopping around mile 9 at Rusty’s for a drink. Apple Pay for the win! (12.0 miles)
Then we headed down to Five Islands for a late lunch with Mom and Dad. Delish as always and a fun way to celebrate Father's Day! ððĶ
