Up early to get in some miles before Ryan headed to Bradbury to mark the course and get in his own run. I didn't sleep well - Sam kept crying out in her sleep, although she says she wasn't dreaming - and it was a bit of a struggle to get out of bed, but I did it with enough time for 8 miles before 7:00 am. Ran up and over Mt. A. and then along the cart paths, veering off to run a loop around the Heath in the hopes of catching the sunrise above the marsh. There were a few pinkish clouds above the treeline but colors were fairly muted. Caught a glimpse of an owl taking a few BIG wingstrokes across the trail into the trees. Neat. Ran down the back road to Tedford and then up the powerlines, stopping for a long while at the blueberry and blackberry patch to eat my share and pick a baggie full to bring home to Sam for breakfast. Nice morning. Ended up with 43.3 for the week.
