Chatting the Run Away

Met up with Shannon again this morning for a run on the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust trails around Crystal Spring Farm. I didn't notice if there had been much more growth or greening in the woods because we were talking away the whole time :) I do know, though, that it was the first run that I've worn shorts for here in Maine this season. Ha. I know, I'm a total wimp, but it was finally warm enough today to justify shorts for a morning run! In fact, I might go so far as to say it was really warm out there this morning! Got in a nice 5.7 miles for the morning.
